If you'd asked me five or six years ago to describe my fashion sense I probably would have said something to the affect of, "I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl." While my high school self makes me shudder and eye-roll simultaneously -- seriously -- I would still have to agree. I've welcomed all sorts of oddities into my closet since then, but nothing feels more natural than a lived-in tee and perfectly fitted denim.

Yes, it all comes down to denim for me when comfort is key! I recall having a job where I could not wear jeans - it was torture! Those yellow shorts are so fun and vibrant, that color instantly perks me up. Love them with the chambray top, that's such a great combination.

I'm pretty in love with bright colors right now, so those shorts are absolutely amazing! They look great with the denim top and I also love your boots! I was completely obsessed with those at the beginning of the fall! You are very beautiful. I love this.
So with you on the lived in tee and fitted denim thing. I just wish more people understood that are ways to dress up that look though and keep things interesting, like you've done here with the yellow hue and accessories. And cute boots as opposed to sneaks or boring ballet flats.
